I contacted Joe at Doctor Headset and he sent one out that day. The clarity of ATC and XM Radio are excellant. I would recommend this unit for jet aircraft only. Very confortable to wear, not as light as the telex but similar. Far more comfortable than the Bose X. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]
