If you are a Delta pilot, you may use the provided drop boxes
in the A and E concourses in Atlanta, as well as the box in the
Training Center. If you are not Atlanta based, or if you are a
pilot from another airline, you may ship your headset to us at:

to let us know you have shipped a headset to us. Please ask for tracking service
from your shipping provider to ensure you know the location of your headset.
Once we receive your headset, we will place it on our status
page where you can see the repair status. We will add a $10
shipping charge to the bill to send it back to you via USPS priority
mail. Shop rate is $35/hour for repairs (with a one hour minimum
- unless it is cosmetic). If requested, we will be happy to provide
a quote prior to service.
