HOW TO GET YOUR HEADSET REPAIRED

If you are a Delta pilot, you may use the provided drop boxes in the A and E concourses in Atlanta, as well as the box in the Training Center. If you are not Atlanta based, or if you are a pilot from another airline, you may ship your headset to us at:

Doctor Headset, LLC
9 Shagbark Drive
Sharpsburg, GA 30277

We can do most cosmetic repairs (ear pads and foams) for all major brands, however for functional repairs, please note the following:

1) Sony Headsets – no longer repairable, do not send them in (no parts)
2) Telex 850 ANR – Telex (Bosch) will not sell me parts for these; they must go to factory for $200 flat rate repair. Address to send to is found at www.telex.com/support.
3) Sennheiser Headsets – Send to Sennheiser for $99.95 flat rate repair – parts are so expensive now that $99.95 deal is best for all of you. Click here for the form - choose "All Other Products" (trust me on this!)..
4) Telex 750 and 5x5 – We can do these inexpensively, so send them in.
5) Plantronics – We replace your broken unit with a factory unit for $85. It’s brand new, with a one year warranty.
6) Other brands – we’ll take a look at it and see if we can get parts.

Please include the following information with your headset:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email (for billing/notification)
  • Description of the problem
  • Home Address

You can call us prior to shipping at (404) 432-7020, or email us at service@headsetdr.com to let us know you have shipped a headset to us. Please ask for tracking service from your shipping provider to ensure you know the location of your headset.

Once we receive your headset, we will place it on our status page where you can see the repair status. We will add a $10 shipping charge to the bill to send it back to you via USPS priority mail. Shop rate is $35/hour for repairs - unless it is cosmetic. If requested, we will be happy to provide a quote prior to service.

Thanks so much for your business; we look forward to serving you!
