HOW TO GET YOUR HEADSET REPAIRED

As of August 1, 2010, Doctor Headset will offer courier service to Telex/Bosch, Sennheiser, and Plantronics for repairs. This assures a high quality repair, performed and documented by the manufacturer. Prices will be flat rate (set by the manufacturer) and are presented below. We can do most cosmetic repairs (ear pads and foams) for all major brands, however for functional repairs, please note the following price schedule:

Plantronics (MS50, MS200, MS250/260) - $85 (shipping included)

Sennheiser (HMEC25, 45) - $115 (includes shipping)

Telex Airman 750 - $120 (includes shipping)

Telex 5x5 Pro III - $125 (includes shipping)

Telex 850 - $215 (includes shipping).

You may send your headset to the manufacturer for repairs yourself – Telex, Sennheiser, and Plantronics offer repair services via their web sites listed below for your convenience:

Thank you for allowing us to continue the repair service as long as we did; we were able to establish an endowment trust fund in Leo’s honor and bless others along the way.

If you are a Delta pilot, you may use the provided drop boxes in the A and E concourses in Atlanta, as well as the box in the Training Center. If you are not Atlanta based, or if you are a pilot from another airline, you may ship your headset to us at:

Once we receive your headset, we will place it on our status page where you can see the repair status. If requested, we will be happy to provide a quote prior to service.
